This class is designed to give trainers an inspiring experience with layering the exercises of the various specialized pieces of Gyrotonic equipment. In 90 minutes we'll have the ability to build and progress a workout as we rotate through each piece of equipment. The class will be fun, playful and open for questions about the equipment. All Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis certified trainers are welcome, even if you are not trained or certified on all pieces of equipment.
