Franklin Method® Level 1 Workshop, Dynamic Imagery, with Trey Fry

This workshop will introduce the principles that underlie the effective application of imagery. The participants will learn imagery exercises that will create flow of movement, improved coordination and balance, as well as effortless alignment and flexibility.
 
Imagery is a key skill in sports, fitness and dance without which high levels of excellence are hardly attainable. However, imagery can also be applied to daily life and to lead a healthier life. If your workdays are long, imagery can make them more effortless and help you regenerate faster. Imagery can speed up recovery from illness and help you to prevent it from occurring in the first place. Imagery is a universal key to improve all aspects of our lives.

Trey began studying Pilates as a teenager in conjunction with classical dance, and has been teaching since 2003. He holds formal certifications/diplomas from Colleen Glenn, Michael Miller, and The Pilates Center of Boulder. He's been mentored by Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle since 2005 and audited her 3-Core Connections teacher training progam at The Pilates Center of Austin.


Upon Discovering the GYROTONIC® Method in 2015, he immediacy felt a "coming home" and is a certified level I GYROTONIC® trainer (currently working towards level II), and a GYROKINESIS® apprentice. He's also certified on the GYROTONIC® Jumping-Stretching Board, and has completed the GYROTONIC® Application for Golf, and the GYROTONIC® Application for the Pelvis courses.
Trey is a level I Franklin Method® Educator, and is beginning the level II Franklin Method® in 2018.
